We recommend this stand for what it is intended to be, a portable sheet music stand (don't expect to put a heavy sheet music book on it). The Yamaha was $16.99 but included a simple carrying case with velcro closure and strap. That may be worth $9.00 to someone, but not me.The adjustment range is good, and both stands have been stable enough to retain a somewhat heavy three-ring binder full of music. |
