I hoped that I would be able to lift and set it up myself. I knew my husband would be able to do it, but since he's not at home with us during the day, I needed to be able to do it. The box was pretty heavy when it came, but after unpacking, I realized I could haul it. It consisted of a nice carrying case, the inflatable shark slide, and the blower. There were also stakes, and instruction manual, and patches for repair if needed. Because the slide was in a carrying case, I was able to carry it out of my home and put it in the back yard with no problem. The blower hooks up to an inflatable tube that goes to the slide. Once I had the blower plugged in, I simply had to follow the instructions to get it up and going. It honestly took about 15 minutes from start to finish, which I was grateful for. My kids were preschoolers so it was more than durable to handle 4 to 5 kids using it at the time. At the end of the 4th year, the seam where they sit did start to pull apart which I was able to stitch and glue. With as hard as we've used it over the years (several times a week) I feel as though it was well worth the money spent. Every year as soon as the weather starts to warm up it's the first thing they ask for.It's a great size for maintaining. Any bigger and it would be too difficult to dry, fold, and store after each use. This year with it aging, I don't think my repair job will hold up to my older and heavier kids, so I am buying a new one. I would recieve emails back within minutes of sending them. The people on the phone were polite and helpful.Now as for this slide...we used it for one season so far. It is totally cool that two kids can slide at once. My kids would race eachother down the slide. The size of it is impressive. It is simple to set up. It blows up easy and super fast!
