I've always loved Playmobil and was very excited to give them this toy for their birthday.First of all I should have remembered the playmobil motto of a thousand parts. Yes it makes the product more `realistic', but what a pain! I've kept many of the smaller pieces: the coins, the fish, the cats, from the boys since I don't want to either step on them or lose them. Of course within four hours of my finishing the assembly process, they had torn one of the sails on the bottom corner. Again no big deal and they are four years old. They love that it floats and we tested that in the bathtub right away. They love that the cannon shoots little projectiles though we lost two immediately. The pirates are neat too and they play with the ship everyday.
